Requirements:
Plays are each 40 minutes and in all cases, a stage or raised dais is needed as most of the action involves the actors being seated.
Plays 3 and 6 require wheelchair access and room to manoeuvre.
Play 6 requires a minimum stage size of 6 x 3 metres.
All centres are required to provide;
- the venue
- a supper/afternoon tea
- all advertising for the event
The plays can be performed in theatres, conference rooms, halls, building sites, factories suitable for lunch hours, conferences, seminars, focus nights & theatrical presentation with or without follow-up forums.
Costs
These vary according to:
1) Size of cast
2) One play or two (i.e. a double bill)
3) Need for travel (beyond 40kms) and accommodation
(prices on application to Bay Street Productions and can be negotiable - more than one performance in a region reduces the unit price)
